Welcome to Arovana. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent), and that you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.


2. Products & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual shades, textures, or packaging may vary slightly.
  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and results. However, individual skincare results may vary.
  • Arovana products are intended for external use only. Always perform a patch test before use.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payment via Credit/Debit Card, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Orders & Processing

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during sales or high-demand periods.
  • If an item is out of stock after you order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
  • Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
  • Arovana is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns on damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at arovana.pk@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or store credit.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Arovana products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or medical issue. Consult a dermatologist if you have concerns.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities arising from product use. Always check ingredients and perform a patch test.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Arovana name, logo, product images, descriptions, and design — is the property of Arovana and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:
  • Use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Submit false or misleading information during checkout.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our website or systems.
  • Resell Arovana products without prior written authorization.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our store after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of our store or products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
