At Arovana, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Pakistan.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major cities: 2–4 working days
• Other cities and remote areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. 

Enjoy free shipping on orders over Rs. 4000 anywhere in Pakistan.

For orders  having value less than Rs. 4000, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

All shipping charges, if any, will be included in your final order invoice.

Arovana may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offer will be clearly communicated on our website.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or another available communication channel.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If an order remains undelivered due to incorrect contact information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to us.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Arovana is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
